7th Street Casino
Casino Name
Description

The 7th Street Casino of Kansas City is owned by the Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma. The casino sits in a 35,000 square foot former Scottish Rite Masonic Hall next to Huron Park Cemetery, a historic cemetery for members of the tribe. The Wyandotte Tribe that originally roamed southern Ontario relocated to the Detroit area, and Wyandotte County in Kansas before being settled in Oklahoma.

The casino is located on three floors of the building with food and drink available on the main floor and above. There are presently no table games and the ceilings are low. 7th Street Casino has a neighborhood casino atmosphere and plenty of modern slots of all kinds. Parking is at a premium in the surrounding area, but that is made up with shuttles and validated parking. The bars on the first and second floors bring back the ambiance of the good-old bad-old days when gangsters and political bosses ruled Kansas City. The second floor Casino Café offers the chance for a quick lunch or dinner at a reasonable price. Food remains available until at least 3 a.m. and late night diners may receive an extra discount.
