Our factory combines the best of old world craftsmanship and 21st century technology. We have a talented staff of graphic designers on site that can take a rough sketch and turn it into a workable token design. Dies are still made the old fashioned way, cut by hand or on an Augustine machine which reduces a 9\u201d epoxy down to a 1-1\/2\u201d diameter die. We also use ArtCAM, a state of the art graphic design program to create the dies needed to make coins.<\/p>\n
Our self contained facility encompasses all the operations necessary to produce whatever is needed for the minting of coins and tokens. With 60,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing under one roof, our warehouse holds enough copper, brass, nickel silver and specialty alloys to make more than 20,000,000 coin blanks.
